Month of Meditation 4-Week Virtual Workshop

We are offering A Month of Meditation with you AND for you this October.

This year we have all suffered, and the impact of those unique struggles on you can be tough.  If you’re looking for a deep exhale, a space to reconnect to peace, security and belonging within you then this group is for you.

We believe that you are entitled to peace, safety and a centered security. A Month of Meditation:

  • Supports you with the tools to re-discover YOUR inner and outer peace

  • Increases your ability to feel centered & grounded in all of the chaos

  • Reinvigorates your meditation practice while providing you with support

  • Offers a small group setting from the comfort of your very own home or office

Whether you are new to meditation or you are a seasoned practitioner of meditation come join us each Tuesday this October from 6 PM - 7 PM for a Month of Meditation to cultivate peace, belonging, and safety within

Alison Sullivan LCSW is facilitating this month-long workshop.  She has training in meditation, breath work, mindfulness and has been practicing meditation for 30 years.

Life's Messy, Do Art; Stress Management Through Art for Teens

A 6-week workshop for your teen to discover how to manage stress, anxiety and depression through art.


Our art therapy workshop will enable you to effectively learn how to express your feelings and emotions through art helping you to manage your mental health. This course will be taught and led by Caitlin Kelly an LPC and licensed art therapist who has a clinical and integrative mental health background as a psychotherapist, and yoga teacher. Caitlin will lead this art therapy workshop using mindfulness and art therapy techniques to provide a safe and nurturing environment to honor the individual through the therapeutic journey.


Life's Messy; Do Art will be held on Wednesday evenings starting October 17-November 21 from 6:30 PM-7:30 PM, with the exception of Halloween week- it will be held on Thursday October 30 from 6:30 PM-7:30PM in our office suite off of Lafayette Blvd in Downtown Fredericksburg.
