Month of Meditation 4-Week Virtual Workshop

We are offering A Month of Meditation with you AND for you this October.

This year we have all suffered, and the impact of those unique struggles on you can be tough.  If you’re looking for a deep exhale, a space to reconnect to peace, security and belonging within you then this group is for you.

We believe that you are entitled to peace, safety and a centered security. A Month of Meditation:

  • Supports you with the tools to re-discover YOUR inner and outer peace

  • Increases your ability to feel centered & grounded in all of the chaos

  • Reinvigorates your meditation practice while providing you with support

  • Offers a small group setting from the comfort of your very own home or office

Whether you are new to meditation or you are a seasoned practitioner of meditation come join us each Tuesday this October from 6 PM - 7 PM for a Month of Meditation to cultivate peace, belonging, and safety within

Alison Sullivan LCSW is facilitating this month-long workshop.  She has training in meditation, breath work, mindfulness and has been practicing meditation for 30 years.

Join us to deepen your understanding of the power of intention and utilize mindfulness practices and meditation to reduce the obstacles that stand in the way of you creating the life that brings you contentment and joy.

The new year is a powerful opportunity to open to possibility. Empowering Your Intentions is an interactive workshop that helps participants understand the benefit of setting intention as opposed to resolutions in the new year and guides participants in understanding how to fuel their intentions for change, discovery, development, with tools to gain insight into their “unique stuckness”. The workshop concludes with a 20-30 minute guided meditation to integrate learning. Make this the year of belonging more deeply to yourself and come join us.
