Connection through Creativity: A 3-Week Group
Connection through Creativity: A 3-Week Group
Are you ready to discover new ways of expressing yourself? Join us at this 3-week group designed to help you tap into your inner creative flow while building confidence, reducing anxiety, and uncovering deeper clarity about your wants, needs, and values.
Each week, we will engage in a guided creativity-based exercise—using art, writing, or mixed media as a pathway to:
✨ Build confidence in self-expression
✨ Soothe stress and anxiety
✨ Explore your desires and personal values
✨ Strengthen creative problem-solving skills
✨ Set clear intentions for the life you want to create
Sample Activities Include:
🎨 Exploring Your Timeline – Using paint and writing, reflect on your past, present, and future to discover your priorities and what matters most.
🖌️ Boundaries in Color – Engage in a creative exercise to explore how you relate to yourself and others, bringing clarity to your needs and limits.
🧭 Inner Compass – A guided practice to strengthen self-trust and reconnect with your authentic voice.
Every session will also include time for group reflection, offering space to share insights, connect with others, and integrate your experiences.
No artistic background is needed—this group is about process, not perfection. Come with an open heart and curiosity, and leave with renewed inspiration, clarity, and empowerment.
