There comes a time when what once worked no longer does.
You find yourself less willing to tolerate what drains you. More sensitive to stress. More protective of your energy. More emotional—or perhaps simply more honest. Your body feels unfamiliar. Your relationships shift. Work that once felt meaningful may begin to feel exhausting. You wonder if you're losing yourself.
The Crone Rising is a 10-week psychoeducational and process group for women navigating perimenopause who want more than symptom management. Together, we'll explore the biological, psychological, relational, and cultural dimensions of this transition through a feminist lens, making sense of what's happening while reconnecting with your body, your voice, and the woman you're becoming.
This is a space to learn, reflect, connect, and be witnessed by other women walking this path.
We will meet Wednesdays starting January 6 through March 10 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at a cozy and welcoming office in Stafford area (exact address will be shared after you sign up).
Your Investment - We are offering a Payment Plan or a Discounted Pay-In-Full Option:

Each week, together you will explore:
✨ Evidence-based education about perimenopause and women's health
✨ Guided reflection and meaningful discussion
✨ Relational exploration through a feminist lens
✨ Mindfulness, embodiment, and experiential practices
✨ A supportive community of women who understand
Rather than treating perimenopause as a problem to fix, you'll explore it as a profound developmental transition… one that invites greater authenticity, discernment, and self-trust.
Rather than isolated conversations about menopause, we'll move through a developmental arc:
What is happening to me?
Learn what's happening in your body and brain while challenging the cultural messages that encourage women to dismiss their own experiences.
Understanding hormonal fluctuations
Mood, anxiety, sleep, and cognition
The mental health impact of perimenopause
Why so many women are told it's "just stress"
What is my body asking of me now?
Move from fighting your body to partnering with it.
Together we'll explore:
Body image and aging
Diet and productivity culture
Learning to trust bodily wisdom
Rest, pleasure, boundaries, and self-care
What your body may be communicating beneath the symptomsCome with an open heart and curiosity. Leave with tools for self-expression, inner calm, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Who am I becoming when I stop accommodating?
For many women, perimenopause marks the beginning of saying no to patterns of people-pleasing, overfunctioning, and self-abandonment.
We'll explore:
Accommodation versus authenticity
Boundaries and emotional labor
The Crone archetype as wisdom, discernment, and sovereignty
Creativity, identity, and self-trust
Rediscovering your own voice
How do I want to live, love, work, and belong from here?
As the group comes to a close, we'll turn toward the future.
Together we'll explore:
Relationships without self-abandonment
Desire, sexuality, and pleasure
Work, ambition, and changing priorities
Community as medicine
Living from your values rather than old expectations
You'll leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and a clearer sense of how you want to move through the second half of life.
This group may be a good fit if you:
✔ Are experiencing perimenopause or believe you may be entering it
✔ Feel like your body has changed in ways you don't fully understand

Most conversations about perimenopause focus exclusively on symptom management.
While understanding symptoms matters, this group recognizes that perimenopause is also a psychological, relational, and cultural transition.
We'll explore not only what's happening in your hormones—but also:
How women are socialized to accommodate others
Why burnout often intensifies during midlife
The relationship between identity and changing capacity
How boundaries become easier—and sometimes necessary
What it means to reclaim your life on your own terms
This isn't about becoming the woman you used to be.
It's about discovering the woman you're becoming.
